Under Ohio Revised Code, Section 109.07, Kim & Associates LLC has been appointed as Special Counsel to the Ohio Attorney General for the purpose of collecting debt owed to the State of Ohio. The Ohio Attorney General may appoint Special Counsel to represent the State in connection with all claims certified for collection. We are proud to have this duty.

There is a $4.00 transaction fee for Internet Checks.

Effective July 5, 2023, the fee for Credit Cards is 3.40%; Debit Cards is 1.99%. There is a minimum fee of $1.00 for credit/debit card use.

The Attorney General’s Office does not keep this fee. It is paid to third parties for processing your card payment.
